An educator by training.
An entrepreneur by construction.
Born in Salvador, Bahia, Isadora Raymond is an educator, business consultant, trainer, communicator and Brazilian entrepreneur based in Massachusetts. Before moving to the United States, she worked as a teacher, coordinator, director and professional trainer.
More than 25 years across education, management, training and professional development guide her work with well-prepared people, organized routines and structures that work in everyday life.
A career built in two countries.
In the United States, Isadora brought her experience into a new setting. She worked in office management, business development and service expansion, strengthening her knowledge of operations, customer service, people and business organization.
After seeing the needs of the Brazilian community firsthand, she created her own services in small-business consulting, women's projects, document assistance, training, media and entrepreneurship. This work led to IR Assessoria Consular, IR Business Solutions, Moderna Social Media, the Café Caramello franchise and No Salto, which opened the way for Moderna Magazine.
A voice within the community.
Isadora is the founder and director of CDLE — the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for Women. Her work through the organization became an important part of her career in the United States, supporting Brazilian businesswomen, professionals and members of the community.
Her community work was recognized by the Consulate General of Brazil in Boston and publicly recognized at the Massachusetts State House. She was also invited to join the Commission for Action and Prevention against Sexual and Domestic Violence and has contributed to other community initiatives throughout her career.
